We are looking for dynamic and creative individuals to fill the following positions:

	Staff Nurse

		Responsible in delivering excellent nursing care and other medical related services.
		Require to perform medical procedures and test for Customers / Patients.
		Responsible in ensuring the accuracy of medical records of Customers / Patients.
		Candidate must be State Registered Nurse and registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board with work experience in any of the following area: Medical, Surgical, Operating Theater, ICU/CCU/NICU, Endoscopy and Radiology with 3 years of recent working experience in tertiary care Hospital.

	Assistant Nurse

		Assist trained nursing staff (Staff Nurse) to deliver nursing care and other medical related tasks as assigned by the Staff Nurse or the head of Nursing Department.
		Require to perform medical procedures and test for Patients.
		Assist Patients¡¯ personal care, mobility and communication needs as assigned by the Staff Nurse or the head of Nursing Department.
		Assist Staff Nurse in assisting the Doctor / Surgeons in performing operation in the operating theatre.
		Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/ or recognized certificate in Nursing or equivalent with 2 - 3 years of recent working experience in tertiary care Hospital.

	Customer Service Executive

		Capable of communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
		Responsible in assisting the Customer Service Manager in investigating and solving customers' problems and complaints.
		Responsible in keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
		Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, recognized degree or diploma in any field.
		Candidates with working experience in Airline Operations and Management, Hospitality, tourism or equivalent are encouraged to apply.

	Receptionist

		Require to attend, assess, direct all incoming calls and messages to the right recipient.
		Require to provide assistance in preparing daily, weekly reports when required by the Customer Service Manager.
		Require to perform moderate administrative task such as typing, filling, enveloping, affixing stamps and arranging for pick-up and delivery by third party logistic companies.
		Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM with good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
		Candidates with working experience in Airline Operations and Management, Hospitality, tourism or equivalent are encouraged to apply.

	Marketing Executive

		Directly reports to the Marketing Manager in the aspect of strategic business development, marketing planning, implementation and monitoring duties.
		Responsible in the constant development of new competitive products and services.
		Overseeing the processes and implementation of strategic promotional activities.
		Overseeing the formulation of strategies for all prospective business tie-ups.
		Candidate must possess at least a recognized Degree / Diploma in any field.
		With 1-2 years of working experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry.

	Sales Executive

		Responsible in diligently promoting the company's brand name and products and services internally and externally.
		Responsible for building customers leads.
		Responsible in all sales activities not limited to in-house and field-sales activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, conventions, etc.
		Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, recognized degree or diploma in any Sales/Marketing or Business Studies.
		Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in any service related industries (preferably in the healthcare / tourism / hotel industry) with proven record in achieving sales target.

	Billing Officer

		Responsible in ensuring the accuracy of the transactions which credit card, cash and other form of recognized terms.
		Responsible in operating all necessary equipments and software application (Merchant Devices, Cash Register and Point-of-Sales)
		Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification.
		With 1-2 years of working experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
