Admission Information

When you arrive, our admissions team will assist you with registration and guide you through the required steps. A deposit is needed before or on the day of admission, and the amount depends on your procedure or treatment. You will be informed of the estimated deposit during your booking.

Please bring only important personal items and leave valuables at home. Makeup and nail polish should be removed before admission. Towels, linen, soap, and shampoo are provided. You may bring your own personal care products, extra clothing, and slippers. Smoking is not allowed inside the medical centre.

Insurance, TPA and Payment Information

iHEAL Medical Centre works with many insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate partners including well known groups such as iHP, MiCARE, PMCare, AIA, Allianz, AXA, Great Eastern, Prudential and others. These partnerships help patients access care with added convenience.

Payment may be made by cash, credit card, or debit card at the billing counter. Online transfers through CIMB Bank Berhad are also accepted. After completing a transfer, please email the remittance slip to cashier@ihealmedical.com or finance@ihealmedical.com.

Additional payment options include Amden Capital for healthcare financing and Atome for Buy Now, Pay Later plans with zero percent interest. EPF withdrawals may also be used for approved medical treatments.

Discharge Information

Your doctor will determine when you are ready for discharge. While your documents are being prepared, please remain in your room. These documents move through billing, pharmacy, and other required units.

Estimated Processing Time

  • Self paying patients usually require about one to two hours
  • Insurance or corporate guarantee patients usually require about four to five hours

You may leave once payment is completed or once the final guarantee letter is received. Take home medication can be collected from the pharmacy by presenting your official payment receipt.

If you received anaesthesia, please arrange for someone to drive you home. Before leaving, ensure that you have collected all needed medical documents.

Medical Report Request

Medical reports may be requested for insurance claims, employment requirements, legal matters, EPF, SOCSO, or police reports. Written consent is required and must be provided by the patient, a parent or guardian for patients under eighteen, or the next of kin or a legally accepted representative for deceased or incapacitated patients.
