Admission
- All patients are required to have a valid Covid-19 PCR test performed at least 72 hours prior to admission. The Covid-19 test can be performed at iHEAL Medical Centre.
- Both caregivers and visitors are required to perform a Covid-19 RTK Antigen test before being allowed to visit patients.

Complimentary meals are served three times a day for inpatients. All food served is Halal. Meals are served during the following hours:
Breakfast | 7.00am – 8.00am |
Lunch | 12.00pm – 1.00pm |
Dinner | 6.00pm – 7.00pm |
Patients should be prepared to set aside an admission deposit. The deposit must be paid prior to or on the day of admission. The deposit amount is dependent on the procedure being performed. This will be explained to you during the admission booking process. - Please leave your valuables at home.
- Makeup or nail polish should be removed on the day of admission.
- The medical centre will provide linen, towel, soap and shampoo.
- You may bring your own hair care or facial care, toothbrush, toothpaste, extra clothing and slippers.
- Please bring an adequate number of face masks
- Smoking is prohibited in medical centre.
Discharge
- A patient can only be discharged by the admitting doctor.
- While the discharged documents are being prepared, the patient is required to remain in the room.
- The documents will be sent to the billing department, the pharmacy and other related departments.
- The time taking for the bill to be ready will depend on;
- Self-paying patient – will take approximately 1-2 hours from the time the discharged documents are received from the doctor and ward staff.
- Patients under Guarantee Letter (Insurance or Corporates) – may take up to 4-5 hours to obtain a final guaranteed letter from the insurance company or corporation.
- A patient can only leave his/her room or ward after the bill has been paid (for self-paying patient) or after the final guaranteed letter is received from the insurance company or corporation (for patients under insurance or a corporate guarantee).
- Take home medication can only be collected from the pharmacy with an official payment receipt (once the bill is settled)
General Discharge:
- You are advised against driving yourself home as anaesthesia may slow down your response. Bring along any X-ray film, CD, CT scan result or blood result if available.
- Any discharge after 12pm will be charged an additional half day rate while a full day rate will be charged for any discharge after 6pm.
